Lance's Background
Lance has practiced, managed, or consulted in eldercare settings since 1978 and served as an expert witness and legal resource since 1993. His background ranges from high school experiences as a Nurse’s Aide, to post-college roles as a Licensed Administrator, multi-facility management, facility turnaround projects, consulting, staff education, and facility ownership. Most of his career has been devoted to helping nursing facilities in financial and/or regulatory peril throughout the country. He has experienced caregiving at its brightest and darkest hours during his consulting and facility turnaround travels.
Lance has extensive facility operations experience, including senior management positions with organizations that owned and operated nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, senior housing, ICF-MR facilities, and group homes for the developmentally disabled.
